The impressive offices of Ad Executive Larry Tate from the 1960’s Television Show Bewitched caught the attention of a very young Chuck Spohn, who, upon graduating from college, relocated to New York City. So, with an interest in the Advertising Industry, coupled with the desperate fate of an elevator ride in mid-town Manhattan circa 1984 (Note: there’s a much longer story that can be told about that elevator ride-just ask!), Chuck began a career in the Television Industry. Some 29 years later and rising through the ranks to Vice President and General Manager of the local FOX TV Station, Chuck founded Media & More in February 2013. With a passion for results, an eye on quality and a commitment to accountability, Media & More has matured over time to become a highly affordable, boutique marketing agency who works with a variety of small to fairly large B2B and B2C clientele. As Chuck likes to say: “MM clients receive a Madison Avenue experience at a Main Street price!”

Chuck Spohn founded Media & More after a 30-year career in the Television Industry. This career path enabled Chuck to garner critical insights in a variety disciplines ranging from Research (2 years as a TV Research Analyst) to Sales & Marketing (11 years in Sales & Sales Management) to Brand Oversight (serving 15+ years as Vice President & General Manager of FOX16). Chuck has served the Greater Little Rock community in a variety of positions as well, ranging from President of The Downtown Little Rock Partnership, President of Central Arkansas Executives Association, to Chairman of the Arkansas Zoological Society. He’s married to Dr. Rebecca Brewer, has two wonderful children (Will & Olivia), and competes in endurance distance running and triathlon events.
Shelby began her digital marketing career in college as a social media intern in the nonprofit sector with the National High School Basketball Association. After receiving her Bachelors in Public Relations at UCA, she left the nonprofit world to pursue a new career path in the commercial sector. Shelby strives to bring her passion for brand messaging and design to Media & More. Outside of the office Shelby enjoys spending time with her family and friends and being a dog mom to her dog Indy.
Although their educational background is in French and African-American Studies, it was Brookelynn’s love of the performing arts that brought her into the digital marketing world in December 2016 when they joined the YesBroadway team–the first (and still the only!) company that specializes in Influencer Marketing for Broadway shows. Over the last six years, Brookelynn thrived in the ever-changing landscape of social media management and has lead several marketing campaigns for Off-Broadway and Broadway shows and as of July 21, 2022, has made their Broadway debut as a marketing professional with The Kite Runner. She has also worked on Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and Twitch campaigns for shows such as Emojiland, Be More Chill, and Candle House Collective’s interactive telephonic thriller piece CLAWS. They are excited to be joining the Media&More team and learn new skills, as well as bring influencer marketing into the mix! Aside from being a social media and marketing whiz, she is also the State Talent Coordinator for the Arkansas chapter of the Karaoke World Championships USA, and lives with their partner in Conway with their three dogs (Noelle, Jasper, Baylor) and cat (Luca).
Jay began his career in 2017 as an intern for the Eileen Fisher brands. Over the years he has worked in industries ranging from retail to industrial manufacturing focusing on sales, marketing operations, and project management. Jay strives to be a dynamic problem solver with a team first approach to help improve and support the Media & More team. Outside of the office Jay enjoys podcasts, sports, and music.
Tierani’s love for digital marketing started in college. Over the years, Tierani has helped several small businesses expand through her expert knowledge in brand development, marketing campaign development, product development, and project management. With a passion for creativity and a knack for strategy, she’s dedicated to transforming her client’s brand’s vision into a thriving reality. Tierani looks forward to being a resource and adding even more value to the Media & More team. Tierani is a proud graduate of Philander Smith College, with a BA in Sociology. Outside of the office, Tierani loves spending time with family and creating content and music.
